The Town of Caroga is seeking a quote for roof repair work needed at 1840 State Highway 10, the town hall building.  Below are the general specifications.   Please contact Supervisor Ralph Palcovic at 518 835 4211 Ext 110 to review the project.

West side of Roof (Lower Stone)  

Pull Back Stones – Expose rubber and drain holes

Reset drain/curbs

Patch rubber

Re-slope  insulation to promote drainage

Redistribute stone overlay

Main Roof

Reset Drains

Fix leaking spots

Remove upper vents not used

Coat Upper Gym Roof and lower except  the Stone on West Side.

 Waterproof sealant along  gym walls to main roof.

Submit the four page form to Code Officer Anthony Fancher.  The fee for the permit is $250.00.

There is an Emergency Call Box located on the outside the Caroga Fire Station 3262 State Highway 29 A. If you don’t have power or cell service or need help for any reason. Go to the Fire House, open the white box, to the right of the front door, and lift the handset. You will immediately be connected to a 911 operator.
