Town of Caroga Please take notice that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Caroga will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at 7:00 pm. at Town Hall located at 1840, State Highway 10, Caroga Lake NY, 12032, Fulton County, NY for application Z2024-001
Owners: Caroga Arts Collective PO Box 104, Caroga Lake NY 12032 of the property located 114 East Shore Road West Caroga Lake Caroga Lake NY 12032 and identified as parcel SBL# 68.18-1-25 in the Town Cener and Hamlet in the APA land use area for a Site Plan Review as required by Town of Caroga Zoning Ordinance, Article 5, Section J, Subsection E, paragraph j.
The owners have applied for a variance request for size and duration of temporary exempt signage.
Anyone wishing to view the application may do so during normal business hours at the Town Clerk’s office located in the Municipal Building at 1840 State Highway 10, Caroga Lake, NY 12032. Anyone wishing to comment may do so either in writing, or person at the public hearing or by attorney or another representative.
