Date: April 28, 2026 Hearing Notice
A public hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Caroga will be held on May 20, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town of Caroga Municipal Building to consider the following application:
Application Number: Z2026-01 Owners: Kenneth Tompkins & Theresa Flower selling via a sales contract to James Fowler 11 Alicia Circle Sinking Spring PA 19608. Of the Property located at: 232 Fulton Road Caroga Lake NY 12032 and identified as parcel # 52.20-1-12 for a variance to the Town of Caroga Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to Article 9 Section V Paragraph D of said code noncomplying structures.
The proposed project would increase bulk within shoreline set back.
The above application is open to inspection at the office of the Town Clerk, Town of Caroga Municipal Building 1840 State Highway #10 Caroga Lake NY 12032. Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative. Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Board at such hearing.
